We strive to create a menu and environment that supports health and sustainability for both our community and the planet. We select the finest organic ingredients to honor the earth and ourselves, as we are one and the same. We support local farmers, sustainable agriculture and environmentally friendly products. Our food is prepared with love.
The Pink Rooftop is operated by hometown Chef Mohamed. After a decade working in gastronomic restaurants Mohamed took control of our kitchen.
“I decided to pursue a career as a chef and a vegetarian chef, out of sheer frustration of not being satisfied with being served steamed vegetables as entrees when dining out. I'm bringing thoughtful, conscientiousness and well-crafted dishes that would stand up to any top notch restaurant in the city."
