What time is check-in and check out?

Check in starts from 2pm, but you can come earlier if you would like to enjoy our common spaces. Otherwise you can drop your luggage off and go explore the neighborhood. If your room is available before 2pm we will be happy to offer you an early check in

Check out is by noon, if needed we can store your luggage for few hours.

Is Wifi available?

Yes, we’re happy to provide our guests with complimentary WiFi throughout our public areas and bedrooms.

Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, we offer a laundry service at an extra charge.

 

What amenities can I find in the rooms and apartments? 

Our rooms have a selection of natural toiletries and other items to make your stay comfortable. See more details by visiting our room page.

Do you provide printing facilities for boarding passes?

Yes, we can print your boarding passes at the reception.

Can you cater for dietary requirements including for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs? 

We can cater for almost any dietary requirements so just let us know when booking and we will ensure to have what you need.

 

Does the riad offer currency exchange?

No, we don’t offer currency exchange at the hotel, however, we will be happy to direct you to the nearest facility.

Do you supply travel adapters?

Yes, we supply travel adapters, however, they are subject to availability and must be returned at the end of your stay.

Does the riad have a pool, a gym or spa facilities on-site?

No, but we will be happy to direct you to the nearest facility.

 

Can I smoke in my room?

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside we must charge a 250€ smoking fee to your card. Go on the Pink Rooftop, enjoy.

Is it possible to take photos?

You are most welcome to take photos around the riad to document your stay and to keep for your own pleasure and posterity. We are more than happy for you to do this.

However, it is forbidden to use our location for commercial photo shoots, photographing merchandise, fashion, portraits or other set-ups for commercial use which may be appearing in social media, or on websites, or in magazines or any other publication without our authorization.

What do I do if I accidentally left some items in the riad?

You can call or email the hotel with information such as the item in question, stay dates and room your room number so we can check our lost property for the item in question.  If the lost property is found, you can collect the belongs or organise a courier to collect the items.

 

Can I show up at the riad without a booking?

Only our guest can have access to the riad.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell gift vouchers. Please contact us for more information or to buy a gift voucher.

Which credit cards do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
